Trinergy Business Solutions was established in 1995 and has built a reputation on the management and delivery of software solutions, especially – but not exclusively – SAP based. The company built a loyal base of customers by picking the most talented and committed people and ensuring the customers always get the best value. The solutions are delivered through Trinergy’s own methodology which, over time, has established itself as a proven approach to project success.

Our Founders
Wikus Olivier
Wikus Olivier is a project management specialist and electronics engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale IT and ERP programmes. For the past nine years, he has focused on Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance and Operations, primarily in the manufacturing and mining sectors, with additional expertise in utilities, retail, and financial services. He supports clients across the full project lifecycle—from planning and technology selection to implementation and value realization.
Johan Smook
Johan is an electro-technical engineer with over 30 years of experience across high-tech systems engineering, business transformation, and IT consulting. After early work on complex defence and C3I systems, he shifted focus to strategic turnarounds and commercial growth, successfully repositioning several IT businesses. He has co-founded and held equity in multiple ventures, including LucidView and Trinergy Business Solutions, and continues to consult on IT strategy, architecture, and project delivery.
